We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring suitable candidates for IT and manufacturing roles, while working closely with hiring managers to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process end-to-end
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Negotiate offers and ensure a good candidate experience
• Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Experience in recruitment (agency experience is a plus)
• Basic understanding of IT roles and terminology
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Strong sourcing and networking ability
• Good negotiation skills
• Familiar with ATS tools is an added advantage
