Pu Jian Chinese Medicine Centre is looking for a responsible and patient Online Customer Service Executive to assist with customer enquiries, appointment arrangements, and customer follow-ups.

We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is willing to learn, and can help provide friendly and professional service to our patients.

What we are looking for

• Must have good Chinese communication skills, with basic English and Malay communication abilities
• Able to type in Chinese and proficient in basic computer skills
• Candidates with customer service, sales, or related experience are preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with a positive learning attitude and good communication skills
• Familiar with mobile phone and social media platforms (Facebook / WhatsApp)
• Willing and able to work in Puchong, including weekends and selected public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to online customer inquiries via Facebook and WhatsApp
• Arrange and coordinate patient appointment schedules
• Follow up on customer inquiries to improve appointment conversion rate
• Assist in preparing monthly inquiry and appointment reports
• Maintain good communication with medical and customer service teams
