Pu Jian Chinese Medicine Centre is looking for a friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented Clinic Assistant to assist with patient registration, appointment arrangements, payment collection, and daily clinic administrative tasks.

What we are looking for

• Must be able to communicate well in Mandarin, with basic English and Malay communication skills
• Able to type in Chinese and possess basic computer skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good coordination and adaptability
• Friendly, patient, and has good communication skills
• Responsible with a positive learning attitude
• Candidates with customer service, front desk, or clinic experience are preferred (training will be provided for those without experience)
• Willing and able to work in Sri Petaling, including weekends and selected public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and handle initial
• Dispense medicine and assist in organizing medications
• Maintain good communication with patients and provide friendly, professional service
• Attend to patients’ needs and communicate relevant information to the physicians promptly
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and maintain clinic cleanliness and tidiness
• Work closely and communicate effectively with physicians and team members
