Requirements
At least 3 Years Experience and above in Sales, Business Development, Team Management or Account Management
Background in IT, software, SaaS, digital solutions or B2B sales is an added advantage
Strong leadership, communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Passionate in business growth, people development & team building
Able to lead, train & motivate sales teams
Independent, proactive & target-driven mindset
Comfortable handling corporate clients & business discussions
Good planning, coordination & problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced and growth-focused environment
Willing to support Penang and future Johor expansion plans
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Penang Sales & Business Development teamwithsupport from KL HQ team
Support future Johor (JB) business expansion and team development opportunities
Drive business growth for websites, mobile apps, SaaS, AI & custom software solutions
Handle corporate client meetings, consultation & solution presentations
Build inbound & outbound sales channels, partnerships & business opportunities
Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, events & business strategies
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations & business plans
Hire, train, guide & monitor sales team members and performance
Coordinate closely with marketing, presales, design & development teams
Achieve team sales targets, revenue growth & market expansion goals
Build strong long-term relationships with clients and business partners
Lead sales planning, pipeline management & performance reviews
