What We’re Looking For
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
1–2 years of working experience (retail experience is an added advantage)
Prior experience in Sales Executive, Customer Service, or any related industry will be an advantage
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn
Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Deliver excellent and friendly customer service, handling enquiries and after-sales support professionally
Recommend products confidently and clearly communicate product value to customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Support daily store operations, including merchandising, price tagging, and promotional activities
Assist in stock handling, replenishment, and inventory organization
