1. Diploma or above in Logistics, International Trade, Business English, or related field.
2. Minimum1yearofcustomer service or operations experience in logistics/freight forwarding.
3. Familiarity with import/export logistics procedures.
4. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
6. Strong customer service orientation and emotional stability.
7. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Location: Penang, Malaysia Grade: P1– P2
Job Responsibilities
1. Serve as the main contact point for Malaysian clients and HQ Customer Service Team in China.
2. Receive and process order instructions, pickup/delivery details, and special requirements.
3. Monitorreal-time shipment tracking through logistics systems and carrier platforms.
4. Provide daily shipment status updates to clients and HQ teams.
5. Issue early warnings on shipment delays or operational risks.
6. Coordinate contingency plans for delays, customs holds, or delivery issues.
7. Handlecustomer inquiries and complaints professionally.
8. Maintain POD records and delivery confirmation documentation.
9. Manage customer information and special service requirements.
