Job Description

Requirements

Mandatory experience: Expert and experience in using ice cream machine and swirling ice cream/froyo (Functioning/cleaning/trouble shooting/planning and managing SOPs).

Based at KL and PJ Outlet (May need to handle multiple outlets and be relocated between multiple outlets within the area)

• Good communication skills in BM and English. Mandarin is an advantage

• Expert and experience in using ice cream machine (Functioning/cleaning/trouble shooting/planning and managing SOPs).

• Experience in scheduling, planning, coordination of staff timeline

• Experience in stock management and open to learn and pass on knowledge to the team

• Experience in team management and have the ability to monitor and and create harmony between team members

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from HQ

• Flexible and able to handle urgent requests promptly

• Warm, cheerful, friendly and energetic personality

• Familiar with basic mobile apps usage such as grab ordering/food panda / Touch and Go / Shopee Pay / QR Pay

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and production, packaging including froyo, toppings and other menu items according to Yobe Malaysia SOPs

• Maintaining food quality, hygiene and presentation according to Yobe Malaysia SOPs

• Performing daily tasks including frontline duties, restocking, maintaining overall outlet cleanliness

• Guide team member to use ice cream machine (Functioning/cleaning/trouble shooting/planning and managing SOPs).

• Scheduling, planning, coordination of staff timeline

• Stock management and open to learn and pass on knowledge to the team

• Team management and need to monitor and and create harmony between team members, need to recruit and retain team member

• Assist customer throughout the ordering and payment process 

• Maintaining fast, efficient and accurate service 

• Ensuring every customer is made to feel welcome, with genuine positive customer service 

• Ensuring excellent customer experience, reflecting brand’s values and service commit
