Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.

  • Familiar with SQL payroll system, SQL HRMS and Nigen Time Attendance System

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Country HR Manager in monthly payroll processing, coordinating daily HR operations, recruitment activities, and follow-up on employee documentation and HR matters. The role also supports the monitoring of HR administrative work within the department to ensure timely and proper execution.

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for 250 headcounts accurately and on time

  • Check attendance, OT, unpaid leave, time off, allowances, deductions, commissions and claims before payroll finalization

  • Prepare mid- month and month- end payroll and ensuring payroll data is supported by approved documents

  • Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, interview arrangements, candidates sourcing/ screening, candidates follow up and onboarding preparation.

  • Follow up with hiring managers on manpower requests, interview feedback, and hiring progress.

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.

  • Facilitate employee relations activities and address grievances.

  • Support preparation and review of HR letters and documents such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, resignation acknowledgment, contract renewal, and other staff movement documents.

  • Prepare and submit monthly HR operational updates and all HR related reports/ records

  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties on HR operational matters as assigned.

  • Supervise the Office Cleaner and Security Guard

  • Carry out any other HR-related duties assigned by the Country HR Manager from time to time in accordance with business needs.
