Job Description

Requirements

We are looking for a INDOOR RETAIL SALES ADVISER with excellent customer service skills and communication skills to be based at below location:

  1. Taman Johor Jaya, Plentong, Johor Bahru

  2. Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Skudai, Johor Bahru

You need to observe and understand customer needs, introduce related products and services, and recommend appropriate solutions.

In addition, the incumbent should be able to proactively resolve customer concerns or complaints, making customers feel at home while achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's performance.

Required skills:

  • Experience in retail sales or similar field

  • Understand the retail sales process

  • Familiar with consumer behavior principles

  • Understand inventory incoming and outgoing procedures

  • Basic math and computer skills

  • Resume showing sales performance

  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Flexible in a fast-paced work environment

  • Possess at least a Malaysian Secondary School Diploma (SPM)


Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales services, ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.

  • Respond to customer inquiries about products or services promptly and in a timely manner.

  • Stay updated with the latest information regarding products or services.

  • Proficiently understand how to sell other related products that are suitable for the main product.

  • Manage store inventory and ensure sufficient supply on the showroom floor.

  • Handle sales and after-sales transactions and related documents, including payment, delivery, and return processes.

  • Provide prompt customer feedback to management.
