Bachelor's degree or above, any major is acceptable.
At least 1 year of sales experience.
Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Transportation: Must have own transportation (car) and be willing to conduct market visits in Kelantan or Terengganu (depending on the vacancy applied for).
Personal Qualities: Strong self-motivation, result-driven, and proactive in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Actively conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and thoroughly assess and understand customer needs.
2. Business Development: Actively seek and develop new sales opportunities through telephone contact, business networking, and personal connections.
3. Customer Acquisition: Continuously identify, follow up on, and target potential new customer groups and business projects.
4. Reporting and Review: Regularly prepare and submit periodic review reports containing sales data and financial status to management.
5. Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: Closely monitor customer satisfaction to ensure the establishment of long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
6. Complaints and After-Sales Follow-up: Handle all customer inquiries and complaints properly and professionally, ensuring all issues are thoroughly followed up and resolved.
7. Feedback Collection and Sharing: Collect genuine customer opinions and market feedback, and share key information in real time with the internal technology and operations teams to optimize services.
