Requirements

Job Requirements:

·         Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

·         Proficiency in using SQL & AUTOCOUNT accounting software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word).

·         Required language(s): English, Mandarin.

·         Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

·         Analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial data.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·         Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving financial issues.

·         Familiarity with industry-specific accounting practices and inventory management is a plus.

 

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Accounts Payable & Receivable Operations
Manage end-to-end AP and AR processes

2.    Inventory & Trading Support
Work closely with operations and supply chain teams on inventory accounting, cost tracking, and stock reconciliation—critical for trading operations.

3.    Financial Records Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded, classified, and reconciled in line with accounting standards.

4.    Cost & Expense Control
Review employee claims and operational expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies while supporting cost-efficiency initiatives.

5.    Financial Reporting & Insights
Assist in preparing timely financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), providing insights to support management decisions in pricing, inventory, and trading margins.

6.    Process Improvement & Data Analysis
Analyze financial data and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance reporting accuracy.

7.    Cross-Functional Collaboration
Engage with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to provide financial visibility and support business operations.

8.    Ad-hoc Assignments
Support additional finance or administrative tasks as required in a growing trading business environment.
