Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or account management will have an added advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits when required.

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience in the hair, beauty, cosmetic, retail, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Lead in achieving monthly sales targets and company business objectives.

  • Follow up on existing customer orders, customer inquiries, and stock replenishment needs.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with salon owners, hairdressers, and customers.

  • Inform customers about new product launches, promotions, campaigns, and company activities.

  • Coordinate product knowledge training, product demonstrations, and customer education sessions.

  • Monitor customer purchasing patterns and identify opportunities to increase sales.

  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, customer records, and customer follow-up schedules.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and salon events.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Gather customer feedback, market information, and competitor intelligence.

  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and support business growth.

  • Respond promptly to customer requests and provide effective solutions.

  • Perform other duties as directed by management from time to time.
