1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering), or a related engineering field.
2. Work Experience: At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial sector.
3. Professional Knowledge: Strong foundation in industrial products and technical knowledge (those with experience in sales of industrial adhesives, sealants, or mechanical parts will be given a significant advantage).
4. Core Competencies: Excellent communication, coordination, business negotiation, and product presentation skills.
5. Work Attitude: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and possesses excellent independent work ethic and resilience under pressure.
6. Travel and Logistics: Must have own vehicle and be able to travel to the Klang Valley or other states to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
WORKING LOCATION : TAMAN PERINDUSTRIAN SIME UEP, SHAH ALAMKey Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in OEM and aftermarket segments.Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.2. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain good relationships with existing customers and distributors.Provide technical support and product presentations to customers.Visit customer sites regularly to understand requirements and resolve issues.Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.3. Technical SupportWork closely with the engineering team to recommend suitable products or solutions.Support customers with installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.Provide feedback to the technical team regarding product performance and market requirements.4. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare weekly/monthly sales reports.Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product training when required.
