-Fast in replying and good at following up

-Able to write clearly and politely in English, Mandarin, and/or Bahasa Malaysia

-Interested in fashion, styling, and women’s wear

-Responsible, organized, and attentive to details

-Able to handle customer issues calmly and professionally

-Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and basic online sales tools

-Willing to learn about products, styling, and customer behaviour

-Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms

-Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, style and occasion

-Follow up with customers to close online sales

-Assist with orders, payments, delivery and after-sales support

-Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases

-Support online campaigns, product launches and promotions

-Keep customer records, orders and follow-ups updated

-Work with the team to improve customer experience and sales conversion
