Qualifications & Professional Background
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, Biomedical Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or related fields.
3–6 years experience in healthcare operations, project management, strategy, education management, digital health or research administration.
Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation (preferred).
Working knowledge of academic health systems, digital health, research or clinical training (advantage).
Competencies

Responsibilities
GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
The Senior Executive, Operations supports the planning, coordination and day-to-day operations of the Future Health Institute (FHI) to ensure the effective delivery of programmes and initiatives. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the Institute by supporting project planning and tracking, partner engagement, procurement processes and reporting across FHI’s four strategic centres: the Centre for Experiential Learning (CEL), Centre for Digital Health (CDH), Research & Innovation Centre (RIC) and the Command Centre (CC).
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Programme Enablement
Support development and tracking of FHI strategy, annual plans, KPIs and scorecards.
Conduct benchmarking, research and analysis to inform programme design and partnerships.
Provide support in preparing board papers, management updates and governance submissions.
Track progress of strategic initiatives across CEL, CDH, RIC and CC to ensure alignment with KPJ Health System objectives.
2. Project Coordination & Implementation Management
Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risk logs and dependency trackers.
Coordinate renovation, equipment procurement, commissioning and programme launches.
Track actions, decisions and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
3. Operational & Administrative Excellence
Support development of SOPs, workflows, governance documents and operating manuals.
Track utilisation, scheduling, programme delivery and operational performance.
Maintain accurate records of vendor engagement, purchase requests, project budgets and OPEX usage.
Assist with event coordination and logistics (e.g. training sessions, workshops, partnership meetings, research symposiums).
4. Data, Reporting & Analytics
Develop dashboards and reports across CEL, CDH, RIC and CC.
Support KPI monitoring, impact measurement and benefit realisation tracking.
Collect, analyse and visualise data to support decision-making, utilisation tracking and programme evaluation.
Assist in developing reports for internal governance and external stakeholders.
5. Partnership & Stakeholder Coordination
Support partnership engagements including coordination of MoU developments, meetings, workshops and site visits.
Coordinate logistics for training programmes, innovation pilots and research activities.
Act as the central coordination point across KPJ University, hospitals and group functions.
