Requirements
Excellent written and spoken Mandarin, with fast and accurate Chinese typing skills to serve China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan customers.
Minimum SPM; candidates with customer service experience preferred (fresh graduates or those without experience are also welcome).
Strong customer-first mindset and empathy in communication.
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations.
Able to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
Good problem-identification and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule.
