Responsibilities
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
Data entry: Input financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
Accounts payable: Process supplier invoices, prepare payments, and reconcile vendor statements.
Accounts receivable: Issue invoices to customers, track outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Bank reconciliation: Match company records with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Expense management: Track company expenses and ensure proper approvals are documented.
Administrative support: Handle filing, correspondence, and other clerical duties related to finance.
