Minimum SPM qualification

Experience in retail is preferred

No experience is welcome as training will be provided

Assist customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service

Ensure product shelves are fully stocked and neatly arranged

Receive, organize, and store new stock properly

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times

Work closely with team members to achieve store goals
Working Hours:

• Monday – Saturday

• 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (Office Hours)

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cake products that best suit their needs.

Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system.

Ensure product shelves are always well-stocked, neatly arranged, and visually appealing.

Provide detailed information about Maskhal products, including ingredients, flavors, and available size options.

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including cleaning tables, floors, and display equipment.

Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
