Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.

Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices.

Basic understanding of Financial Analysis and Budgeting.

Familiarity with Account Reconciliation processes.

Knowledge of Financial Reporting standards.

Ability to assist in Tax Preparation and Auditing tasks.

Awareness of GST Compliance regulations.

Strong Communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Demonstrated Problem-solving abilities.

Assist in the preparation of full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.

Support the budgeting process by collecting data, preparing budget templates, and analyzing variances between actual and budgeted figures.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Prepare and submit GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist in the preparation of tax computations and returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring proper filing and documentation.

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.

Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
