Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar administrative support role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

  • Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and maintaining sales data.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail in managing sales documentation, processing orders accurately, and maintaining records.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive sales support, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

  • Proven experience in efficient order processing, from initial entry to ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting the sales team and contributing to overall departmental goals.

  • Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate databases and spreadsheets.

  • Familiarity with general office procedures and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the sales team, ensuring efficient daily operations and client satisfaction.

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and promptly, from initial receipt through to fulfillment, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client information, interaction logs, and sales activities to support effective client engagement.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses via phone, email, and in person, and escalating issues as needed.

  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate, well-organized, and professionally presented.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to facilitate smooth order processing and resolve any potential issues.

  • Assist in the coordination of sales meetings, trade shows, and other promotional activities, including logistical arrangements and material preparation.

  • Manage sales-related correspondence and filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents and information.

  • Support the sales team in lead generation activities and follow-up, contributing to the expansion of the client base.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis as directed by the sales management to identify new opportunities and trends.
