Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting or administrative role
- Fluent in local languages; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for work communication.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Responsible, organised, and able to handle multitasking
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Female candidates will have an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, quotations, and filing documentation
- Manage accounts payable and receivable records
- Assist in monthly report preparation and data entry
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when necessary
- Maintain proper documentation and office administration
