Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning or a related field.

Demonstrate 3-5 years of relevant experience in town planning, showcasing a progressive understanding of planning principles and practices.

Exhibit proficiency in urban planning techniques, including land use planning, zoning regulations, and development control.

Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to urban development and planning proposals.

Possess working knowledge of AutoCAD for site planning and design purposes.

Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing, to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to address complex planning issues and develop innovative solutions.

Familiarity with Malaysian planning laws and regulations is essential.

Develop concept plans, layouts, and presentation materials for official submissions.

Producing construction documentation and design drawings using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

To translate design concepts into reality through presentation with concepts, diagrams, perspective drawing and other means to demonstrate the design.

Liaise with Subcontractors / Suppliers on project related matter.

Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for construction projects.

Prepare Planning Evaluation Reports and supporting documents.

Attend meetings and briefings, report progress to superiors.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to approved plans.

Ensuring design developed is within cost, timeline and specification required.

Keep abreast of changes in town planning regulations and communicate updates to the construction team as needed.

Collaborate with the team to meet milestones.

Maintain detailed records of all building plan submissions, approvals, and correspondence with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with documentation requirements and facilitate future reference.

Develop and maintain schedules for building plan submission milestones, tracking progress and ensuring that submissions are completed in a timely manner to avoid delays in the construction timeline.
