Who are we?
TThe Silveri Hong Kong- MGallery is a bespoke luxury boutique hotel located a mere five minute drive from Hong Kong International Airport and forming part of the “Citygate” retail, commercial and hotel development. The hotel will appeal to business and leisure travelers who desire a unique, high end product and associated service levels.
The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs gym and a large 25m outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
Responsibilities:
Provide consistent, high-quality beverage and service to guests
Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments
Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations
Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area
Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-year relevant experience in supervisory level in Bar/ Beverage industry
Bar experience preferred
Strong knowledge and passionate in wines, spirits, and cocktails
Responsible, strong in leadership and problem-solving skill
Good team player and able to work under pressure
Excellent communications & interpersonal skill
Fluent in English, Cantonese a plus but not a must
