Job Description

Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field is preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, administrative support, or related fields is an advantage
• Good command of English is required
• Bahasa Malaysia is required
• Mandarin is an added advantage
• Bilingual or trilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer service systems is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work weekends on a rotational basis

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and online platforms
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate appointments, installation schedules, and aftersales support
• Support Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and e-commerce customer service operations
• Follow up customer cases and ensure proper resolution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems accordingly
• Coordinate with operations, technical, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist in operational and administrative tasks to support daily business activities
• Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance customer service processes and efficiency
• Work closely with team members to maintain a positive and supportive working environment
