• Extract, process, and interpret data from the company database.
• Design and maintain dashboards through PowerBI.
• Write and run Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and assist in its usage.
• Liaise with heads of departments and other stakeholders to perform need analyses.
• Consolidate raw data, process, and provide data/analysis for other departments.
• Ensure reports are correct and accurate to the on-ground situation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to visualize data.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new Python scripts to maximize information for decision-making.
• Generate weekly performance reports and compile data from other departments for meetings.
• Assist in identifying trends in customer activation and churn.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM-based course or equivalent experience. Computer science background is an added advantage.
• 1 - 2 years of Data Analysis experience.
• Proficient in SQL and basic Python programming for data analysis, scripting, and process automation
• Basic proficiency in the Python Programming Language for analysis and scripting.
• Strong competency working with Data Visualization tools (PowerBI).
• Strong skills in data visualization, analytical thinking, trend identification, and data analytics.
• Familiar with statistical modelling and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Good presentation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
