Dentist (PIC) – Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Dentist in Charge (PIC) to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, able to lead clinic operations efficiently, and committed to maintaining high clinical standards.

- Responsibilities

- Perform general dental treatments and consultations

- Diagnose and provide appropriate treatment plans for patients

- Ensure smooth daily clinic operations as the Person In Charge (PIC)

- Maintain proper clinical records and documentation

- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and clinic SOPs

- Supervise and guide dental assistants and clinic staff

- Deliver excellent patient care and customer service

- Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control standards

- Handle patient inquiries and follow-up treatments professionally

Working Days
- 5.5 Days

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS/DDS or equivalent)

- Registered with Malaysian Dental Council (MDC) and possess valid APC

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Responsible, professional, and patient-friendly

- At least has experience of 1 - 3 years
