Requirements

We’re Hiring: Accounts & Admin Executive (Full-Time)

Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur

Base Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500

Monthly Performance Incentive: RM 300 – RM 500

Potential Total Earnings: up to RM 4,000/month

We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Admin Executive to manage accounting and administrative operations in our growing SME environment.

This is a standalone position — ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, order, and multi-tasking.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles (preferably in SMEs)

  • Proficient in SQL, AutoCount, and Microsoft Excel

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, SST, e-invoice and month-end closing

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Good communication skills and a team-player mindset

  • Able to liaise with vendors, government bodies (MPAJ, LHDN, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain daily accounting transactions (sales, payments, expenses, claims)

  • Process supplier payments, staff claims, and petty cash disbursements

  • Reconcile bank accounts, e-wallets, and company cash flow

  • Prepare payment vouchers and assist with monthly financial reporting

  • Support month-end and year-end account closing with accuracy

  • Maintain proper filing of financial and HR-related documents

  • Assist in HR matters such as onboarding, leave tracking, and admin support

  • Handle general office administrative tasks and supplies coordination

  • Communicate with external parties for company matters (e.g., tax, licenses, renewals)
