We’re Hiring: Accounts & Admin Executive (Full-Time)
Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur
Base Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500
Monthly Performance Incentive: RM 300 – RM 500
Potential Total Earnings: up to RM 4,000/month
We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Admin Executive to manage accounting and administrative operations in our growing SME environment.
This is a standalone position — ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, order, and multi-tasking.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
1–2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles (preferably in SMEs)
Proficient in SQL, AutoCount, and Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, SST, e-invoice and month-end closing
Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
Able to liaise with vendors, government bodies (MPAJ, LHDN, etc.)
Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily accounting transactions (sales, payments, expenses, claims)
Process supplier payments, staff claims, and petty cash disbursements
Reconcile bank accounts, e-wallets, and company cash flow
Prepare payment vouchers and assist with monthly financial reporting
Support month-end and year-end account closing with accuracy
Maintain proper filing of financial and HR-related documents
Assist in HR matters such as onboarding, leave tracking, and admin support
Handle general office administrative tasks and supplies coordination
Communicate with external parties for company matters (e.g., tax, licenses, renewals)
