Demonstrate strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.

Ability to explain Takaful products and concepts clearly and concisely to potential customers.

Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of the Takaful market.

Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.

Must be willing to work onsite at ECO PALLADIUM, Johor Bahru, Johor.

Explain Takaful products and their benefits to potential customers in a clear and understandable manner.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Takaful plans to meet those needs.

Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing applications accurately and efficiently.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Takaful products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing leads, conducting presentations, and closing deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and generate referrals.

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
