Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to support our e-commerce and marketing activities. This role is responsible for creating digital content, social media visuals, short videos, marketplace banners, promotional materials, and marketing assets for online platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a good sense of design, content creation, social media trends, and digital marketing execution.

Digital Content Creation

• Create digital content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other online channels.

• Design product posters, campaign banners, social media posts, marketplace visuals, and promotional materials.

• Prepare short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and marketplace campaigns.

• Assist in content shooting, basic video editing, product photography, and creative preparation.

• Ensure all visuals are attractive, consistent, and aligned with the company's brand direction.

Marketplace Design Support

• Design and update product listing images for TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Prepare banners and visuals for product bundles, vouchers, flash sales, festive promotions, and campaign pages.

• Support the improvement of product pages to increase customer interest and conversion.

• Ensure all product visuals and promotional materials are updated accurately.

Social Media & Content Management

• Assist in planning monthly content calendars.

• Prepare captions, posting materials, reels covers, story visuals, and promotional content.

• Monitor basic engagement such as comments, messages, likes, shares, and customer enquiries when required.

• Keep track of current social media trends, content formats, sounds, and creative ideas.

• Support the team in developing content for product education, promotions, testimonials, and customer engagement.

Market Research & Collaboration

• Conduct basic market and competitor research within the aesthetics and skincare industry
