Minimum 3–5 years of multi-outlet F&B management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets effectively

Familiar with restaurant operations, manpower management, and SOP implementation

Willing to travel between outlets when required

Mandarin speaking is an added advantage

Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets within the assigned region

Ensure outlets achieve sales targets, operational KPIs, and profitability goals

Monitor service quality, operational standards, hygiene, and staff discipline

Lead and coach Outlet Managers and operational teams

Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and emergency situations effectively

Conduct outlet inspections and ensure SOP compliance across all branches

Coordinate manpower planning and support recruitment and training initiatives

Prepare operational reports and provide improvement recommendations to management
