Requirements
SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
1–3 years working experience in admin, accounting or customer service (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply)
Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting System)
Familiar with e-Invoice system (added advantage)
Strong documentation and filing skills
Good communication skills and able to handle customers professionally
Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask
Responsibilities
Prepare and propose order quantities for key account customers
Issue delivery orders and invoices
Arrange and coordinate daily delivery routes with logistics team
Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation filing
Respond to customer enquiries
Support company activities during events and exhibitions
Manage data entry and update supplier/vendor portals
Support ISO22000 documentation and compliance matters
Maintain proper filing of ISO records, forms, and traceability documents
Assist in internal audit preparation and document updates
