Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years related working experience
- Able to handle full set account independently
- Responsible, organized & detail-oriented
- Familiar with accounting software (Autocount & Infotech)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts independently
- Manage AP, AR, bank reconciliation & monthly closing
- Prepare financial reports and accounting schedules
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents & related parties
- Handle payroll processing
- Monitor staff attendance & leave records
- Manage HR related documentation & administration
- Ensure proper filing and documentation
- Handle ad-hoc accounting/admin tasks when required
