Requirements
Familiar with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Xero accounting system or similar is a plus.
Familiar with Electrical Engineering services
Meticulous and able to work independently.
Communicate in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, contractors and workers)
Work days / timing: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.45pm.
Work location: Singapore (opposite Marymount MRT station)
Responsibilities
Prepare invoices for daily sales
Monthly bank reconciliations
Data entry into XERO system for account receivable and payables
Follow-up and manage Purchase Order
Verify and process staff claims, supplier payment, Accounts Payable
Maintain proper filling system to ensure smooth documentation
Assist in month-end closing
Prepare monthly debtor aging management report
Send out of monthly Statement of Accounts
Follow-up with client for outstanding payment
Support account related ad-hoc tasks
General Admin:
· Attend to walk-in and phone calls enquiries.
· Registration and renewal of passes and courses
· Renew and monitor company/ motor insurance
· Support purchases for the operations teams and site work.
· Maintain and update database of contractor, workers and site passes
· Assist in making payment to sub-con workers
· Support admin related ad-hoc tasks
