SPM with credit in English
2 to 3 years’ experience
Computer literate with good typing skill
Good English proficiency (communication and writing)
Responsibilities
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Provide reception services by general office management (administrative and clerical) at Consultant Clinic to customers, consultant and staff.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Conformance to stipulated policies and procedures in term of practices, documentation completeness and monthly report submission.
Handling daily outpatient visit
Managing outpatient appointment
Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Liaise with companies for validation of guarantee letter (GL)
Ensure submission of chargers according to hospital system
Organize patient referral to other clinics or services
Attend to enquiries or redirect enquiries to respective destination
Receive and acknowledge internal and external referral or circular
Cover and rotate duties among staff when the need arises
Carry out duties as delegated by the Patient Service In Charge
Participates actively in all quality improvement activities and any other new service that is introduced by the hospital management.
Ensure compliance of Patient safety goals as safety improvement measures recommended by World Alliance for Patient Safety
Policies on patient and family rights are addressed at all times
Carries out duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations 1994:-
To take reasonable care at work for the safety of yourself and other persons;
To co-operate with your employer or any other person in the discharge of any duty;
To wear or use any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer
To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health.
Work collaboratively with leaders, clinicians, staff, visitors and patients in the development and promotion of behaviors, environment and patient care solutions.
