Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative support role.

  • Proficiency in administrative support tasks, including managing office supplies, scheduling, and general office upkeep.

  • Demonstrated ability in accurate record keeping and maintaining organized physical and digital files.

  • Competent in data entry with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite capacity at our Ulu Tiram, Johor office.

  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • 5.5-day work week

    • Monday to Friday : Full day (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

    • Saturday: (9:00 AM - 1:00PM)


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.

  • Manage and maintain accurate company records, including filing, archiving, and retrieving documents both physically and digitally.

  • Perform data entry tasks diligently, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information in company databases and systems.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and distributing mail.

  • Assist in coordinating office activities, meetings, and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and managing logistics.

  • Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.

  • Support HR functions by assisting with new employee onboarding documentation and maintaining employee records.

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services and supplies.
