Job Description

Requirements

  • Proficient in AutoCAD & 3Ds Max

  • Must have own transportation for project site visits

  • Strong communication skills

  • Responsible and able to follow SOP

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Good emotional management and work focus

Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are executed according to approved 3D rendering and timeline

  • Produce layout drawings, detailed drawings, 3D perspectives, renderings, and post-renders

  • Assist with on-site project planning and coordinate solutions with subcontractors

  • Coordinate with site supervisors and procurement team

  • Manage time efficiently and handle multitasking
