Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
1-3 years of HR & Admin working experience in Malaysia
Candidates with automotive industry experience are preferred
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
Familiar with Malaysia labour law and HR administrative processesGood communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Responsibilities
Handle full recruitment process including sourcing, interview coordination and onboarding
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
Maintain labour contracts and employee records
Handle statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO and EIS
Support employee relations and HR compliance mattersAssist in foreign worker/employment pass related matters
Oversee daily office administration and office supplies management
Coordinate meetings, filing and documentation management
Liaise with internal departments and external parties
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management
