  • Language Proficiency:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in bothMandarin and English(required to correspond with global scholars and internal teams).

  • Education & Experience:Open toFresh Graduates! Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, digital marketing, or customer service is a strong advantage.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong resilience and ability to handle target-oriented work pressure.

  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong team spirit.

岗位职责

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and extract contact information of scholars and researchers from global academic databases (including Scopus, EI, and SCI).

  • Email Campaigns: Conduct high-volume email outreach, sending formal invitations to international PhD graduates, professors, and researchers to submit their papers.

  • Relationship Management: Actively engage with interested scholars, handle inquiries, and facilitate collaborative relationships on behalf of the publisher.

  • Process Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end cycle for authors, including paper submission, payment processing (Article Processing Charges), and tracking the publication timeline.

  • Data Management: Organize and maintain a clean database of scholar leads and communication history using office software.
