• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes for better customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Work with internal teams to implement automation tools and optimize sales workflows.

• Develop and maintain client resources (e.g., social media, e-commerce platforms, company website), not limited to online lead generation.

• Understand customer needs, provide professional sales services to establish and maintain good client relationships and facilitate orders.

• Collect and analyze market information and customer feedback to provide recommendations for product improvement and sales strategy optimization.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development) to ensure smooth sales processes and enhanced customer satisfaction.

• Actively achieve sales targets and customer growth metrics according to company sales strategies, regularly reviewing sales progress and performance.

• Continuously learn and master company product knowledge and industry trends, constantly improving personal sales skills and professional competence.
