Requirements
Fluet in Mandarin, Basic English and Malay (both spoken and written)
Possess at least diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 1years of recruitment / talent acquisition
Familiar with end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination
Detail-oriented, Positive attitude, responsible character and good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
Assist in job posting on various platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for interview
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
Join interview sessions with hiring managers and take notes or assist in evaluation
Assist in preparing employment contracts and onboarding documents
Support university career fairs and recruitment campaigns
Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing and documentation
