Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience in handling full HR functions excluding payroll
  • Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally

Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions excluding payroll
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation and personnel files
  • Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters and other HR-related documents
  • Administer employee attendance, leave management and staff claims
  • Handle employee relations matters and support disciplinary processes when required
  • Coordinate staff onboarding, orientation and training arrangements
  • Ensure company HR policies and procedures are aligned with labour law requirements
  • Liaise with government authorities when necessary (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Labour Office, etc.)
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and internal policies
  • Provide general HR administrative support and ad-hoc duties assigned by management
