Job Description

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is essential (speaking, writing, and reading).

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of prior experience in the accounting field is required.

  • Strong command ofAutoCount software and experience with e-commerce/online financial workflows is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  1. Data Management: 

    • Handle full sets of accounts, including data entry, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing using AutoCount.

  2. Online Workflow: 

    • Manage financial reconciliations specifically for Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms. 

  3. Tax & Audit: 

    • Prepare and submit Withholding Tax (WHT), assist in tax planning, and lead the year-end audit process. 

  4. Cash Management: 

    • Oversee petty cash reimbursements and ensure claims are processed accurately. 

  5. Proactive Reporting: 

    • Consistently update the management on financial status and prepare monthly health reports.
