Requirements
Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is essential (speaking, writing, and reading).
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of prior experience in the accounting field is required.
Strong command ofAutoCount software and experience with e-commerce/online financial workflows is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Data Management:
Handle full sets of accounts, including data entry, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing using AutoCount.
Online Workflow:
Manage financial reconciliations specifically for Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
Tax & Audit:
Prepare and submit Withholding Tax (WHT), assist in tax planning, and lead the year-end audit process.
Cash Management:
Oversee petty cash reimbursements and ensure claims are processed accurately.
Proactive Reporting:
Consistently update the management on financial status and prepare monthly health reports.
