We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates as the role requires dealing with and servicing Mandarin-speaking buyers/clients;

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or, related field;

Minimum 2 years of sales experience

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Promote and sell projects to potential buyers through various channels, including direct sales, event, online marketing, and collaboration with real estate agents;

conduct property viewings, presentations, and sales negotiations;

Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation. Resolve client concern and issues in a timely and effective manner;

Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales concerns;

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales target.
