Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in D.E.S Design Network Sdn Bhd Cheras - Ricebowl

Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Minimum 1 or 2 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the architecture /construction / interior fit out industry is preferred.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin language is an added advantage.

Knowledge of preparation construction contracts, cost management, and project control techniques.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.

Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Able to attend project meeting & discussion with Clients & project teams.

Able to prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects.

Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

Monitor and control project costs, identifying potential savings opportunities.

Prepare progress and final accounts, as well as variation orders and claims.

Advise the project team on contractual and commercial matters.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Provide cost-effective solutions and recommendations to improve project profitability.
