1. Experience & Industry Understanding

3–7 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of the Malaysia motorcycle market, riding culture, and consumer trends.

Experience working with lifestyle brands, sports, automotive, motorsports, or retail (advantage).

2. Technical Skills

Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, analytics tools.

Basic design/editing proficiency: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (bonus).

Understanding of e-commerce and online marketplace marketing is a plus (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).

3. Soft Skills

Passion for motorcycles and riding lifestyle (big advantage).

Strong storytelling skills with a creative digital mindset.

Good coordination, time management, and stakeholder management abilities.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).

4. Good to Have

Experience interacting with motorcycle clubs, workshop owners, moto influencers, or lifestyle creators.

Familiarity with motorsport trends and safety gear standards.

Exposure to retail brand marketing or omnichannel campaigns.

Responsibilities

A leading provider of high-quality motorcycle chain, sprockets, Aluminum rim, motorcycle gear, safety equipment, and riding accessories, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager to drive brand presence and digital growth in Malaysia. This role requires strong knowledge of the local motorcycle community, riding culture, and online consumer behavior. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with proven experience in social media campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to Malaysia’s motorcycle market.

Manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms popular among riders.

Lead monthly content calendars focusing on product awareness, safety education, riding lifestyle, and promotions.

2. Motorcycle Community Engagement

Build strong connections with Malaysia’s biking community, clubs, influencers, and KOLs.

Engage actively in motorcycle events, rides, product demos, or collaborations.

Manage comments, customer inquiries, and community engagements professionally.

3. Content Creation & Creative Direction

· Generate engaging content showcasing motorcycle chain, sprockets, Aluminum rim, helmets, riding jackets, gloves, riding boots, and other gear.

· Produce content formats such as ride videos, product reviews, short reels, tutorials, and UGC.

· Work with photographers/videographers to create lifestyle-driven visuals.

4. Digital Campaign Management

Plan and execute paid ads targeting riders, commuters, and motorsport segments.

Manage product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations.

Track and optimize campaign performance for visibility, engagement, and conversions.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor performance through Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.

Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Identify new content opportunities based on data trends and competitor activity.
