Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field

· Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Senior Management or C-level executives

· Experience handling both corporate and personal assistant responsibilities is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

· Strong organisational and time management abilities

· High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

· Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Personal Attributes

· Trustworthy, dependable, and discreet

· Flexible and responsive to operational needs

· Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset

· Mature, tactful, and capable of handling sensitive situations professionally

· Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage

Additional Requirements

· Possess a valid driving license and own transport

· Able to handle both corporate and personal assignments

· Available to respond outside normal working hours when necessary

· Comfortable managing confidential and high-sensitivity matters

岗位职责

Role Overview

Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to Senior Management to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations, effective time management, and efficient communication across business and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules

· Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and correspondence

· Handle emails, phone calls, and communications professionally, including screening and prioritising matters

· Serve as a key liaison between Senior Management and internal/external stakeholders

· Coordinate meetings, monitor action items, and ensure timely follow-up

· Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics

· Provide personal assistance and manage confidential matters when required

· Assist in preparing speeches, reports, Board papers, and management documents

· Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making

· Maintain organised filing systems and proper documentation

· Support office administration, company events, and coordination activities

· Assist in project coordination, monitor deadlines, and follow up on outstanding matters
