Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Executive to manage the company’s accounting and financial records. The successful candidate will handle bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

This role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting management in financial decision-making.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.

• Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software is mandatory.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory, with a good command of English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially in preparing financial reports and reconciliation schedules.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a good team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records, including daily transactions, journals, and ledgers.

• Prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and intercompany transactions.

• Maintain and update transactions in AutoCount Accounting Software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and cost control activities.

• Assist with audits, providing documentation and explanations as required.

• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
