Minimum SPM; hospitality, F&B, or related certification is an added advantage

At least 2 years of working experience in service, hospitality, or F&B operations, preferably with supervisory exposure

Strong leadership ability to supervise, guide, and manage a frontline service team

Able to maintain composure, clarity, and good decision-making under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills

Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred for reporting and administrative tasks

Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility in operational control (service, cleanliness, cash handling, and stock accuracy)

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts according to operational requirements

Supervise service crew and ensure excellent customer service standards

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall outlet operations

Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, room services, and guest experience

Conduct shift briefings, task allocation, and staff performance monitoring

Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting

Oversee stock control, ordering, receiving, and inventory accuracy

Handle customer flow, enquiries, complaints, and service recovery

Ensure rooms, facilities, and AV systems are fully operational

Support upselling and drive sales performance

Train, coach, and guide service crew on daily operations

Handle reception duties (reservations, check-in/out, payments, enquiries)

Provide basic AV technical support to ensure smooth operations
