Requirements
Minimum 2 years working experience in client servicing, account management, or related role
Experience in Client Service / Account Servicing is preferred
Printing industry experience is an advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with clients and handle enquiries professionally
Coordinate projects from briefing stage to delivery completion
Understand client requirements and liaise with internal production/design teams
Prepare quotations, follow up orders, and ensure timelines are met
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Support sales team and assist in project documentation and reporting
